Through Induction , Training and Evaluation of operator, equipment, facility and specification we strive to set the industry standard across all work of our scopes and processes.
Regular "Tool box" & production meetings are held to ensure all operators are fully aware of the quality task ahead to ensure the end result is to the highest achievable standard, to the correct specification and is on time.
From the initial enquiry Gardwell takes on board your requirements and specification which is reviewed and clarified to ensure your requirement is met, this is all stored on our data base so that if we win the order contract review, procurement can take place swiftly to ensure the work to be processed and has all of the necessary requirements in place to fulfil the contract.
Due to our ever growing job pack creation system every job is issued with an electronic job number, throughout all work processes and communication all data is held in electronic and hard copy, coupled with any testing data or test plates for destructive testing which are also identified with this unique number means we can fully trace every job over a set period of time, this can be traced cross referencing our GCL Number, P/O, Part number and Line number.
Coupled with this job pack system comes all of the daily inspection formats from Blast stds. Profiles, DFT, Ambient, Photos, Adhesion, Holiday testing which are all hyperlinked to the job pack system.
No matter how small or how many parts every job pack has full testing within to specification issued and every job is fully traceable.
All work is issued on either contract specific Inspection Test Plans (ITPS) or Work Quality Procedures (WQP) if contracts require operator pre qualification these are carried out on Coating Procedure Tests (CPT) coupled with ITP and WQP all of which detail all work processes , testing, in the same way a main contract job runs through the facility.
